Sausage and Peppers
- sliced banana peppers
- sliced green & red peppers
- sliced onions
- sliced red potatoes
- sliced sausage (smoked, spicy, whatever you like)
- Italian seasoning
- olive oil
- garlic powder
(Bonus: Add zucchini!)
**Adjust portions as needed, usually one sausage and 2 cups mixed veggies per adult, and half this for children.
Slice all ingredients into a bowl. Lightly pour olive oil over them. Sprinkle seasoning. Cover and shake to mix. Divide and place into tinfoil wrapping.
Total Prep Time: 10-20 minutes.

The great thing about pre-cooked sausage in a foil dinner is that you don't have to worry about whether you have cooked it thoroughly. Once the veggies are tender and the sausage is warmed, it's time to eat!
